About the 2018 Aston Martin Vantage V12 Vantage AMR
The V12 Vantage AMR represents Aston Martin's final hurrah for the VH-platform Vantage, and what a send-off it was. Limited to just 333 examples worldwide, this track-focused variant squeezed the naturally aspirated 6.0-liter V12 from the Vanquish S into the smaller Vantage body, producing 595 horsepower and 461 lb-ft of torque. The AMR (Aston Martin Racing) treatment included aggressive aerodynamics, carbon fiber bodywork, and a choice between a seven-speed manual or Touchtronic III automatic. With its wider fenders, prominent rear wing, and stripped-down interior featuring Alcantara and carbon fiber, the AMR delivered genuine supercar performance with a 3.5-second 0-60 time. As the last manual V12 Vantage and a bridge between old and new Aston Martin, these ultra-rare AMRs have become highly sought-after by collectors who appreciate analog driving experiences and exclusivity.
