About the 2012 Aston Martin Vantage V12 Zagato
The Vantage V12 Zagato represents the perfect marriage of British engineering and Italian artistry. Built to celebrate Aston Martin's 50-year partnership with Zagato, this hand-crafted masterpiece features the coachbuilder's signature double-bubble roof and aggressive front splitter. Under the carbon fiber hood sits Aston's naturally aspirated 6.0-liter V12, producing 510 horsepower and paired with a six-speed manual transmission. With only 61 examples produced across coupe and roadster variants, each car was essentially bespoke, requiring 2,000 hours of hand-forming for the aluminum bodywork. The Zagato debuted at Villa d'Este and commanded a £330,000 premium over the standard V12 Vantage. Today, these ultra-rare Astons have become blue-chip collectibles, representing the last hurrah of naturally aspirated V12 Vantages and Zagato's final collaboration with Gaydon before the DBS GT Zagato.
