About the 2010 Aston Martin Vantage V12 Vantage Coupe

The V12 Vantage represents Aston Martin's most aggressive interpretation of their compact sports car formula. Launched in 2009 for the 2010 model year, it shoehorned the DB9's 6.0-liter V12 into the smaller Vantage chassis, a feat that required extensive engineering to manage the additional 190 horsepower and altered weight distribution. The result was a 510-hp beast that could sprint to 60 mph in 4.2 seconds while maintaining the Vantage's sublime handling balance. Visual cues include the distinctive carbon fiber hood with twin heat extractors and more aggressive front splitter. Production was deliberately limited, making it the rarest modern Vantage variant.
