The SVT Cobra R represents Ford's most focused Mustang of the '90s, built exclusively for track duty with no radio, air conditioning, or rear seats. Only 300 were produced in 1995, followed by 300 more in 2000, making these among the rarest modern Mustangs. The '95 packed a naturally aspirated 5.8L V8 producing 300hp, while the 2000 model upgraded to a 5.4L DOHC unit with 385hp. Both featured aggressive aero, Bilstein dampers, and massive Brembo brakes.
