This open-top interpretation of the 599 GTO ditches the roof entirely, no folding mechanism, just pure minimalism with small fairings behind the seats. The naturally aspirated 6.0-liter V12 delivers 661 horsepower through Ferrari's F1-SuperFast paddle-shift transmission, making it the most powerful series-production Ferrari convertible of its era. Named 'SA' for Sergio and Andrea Pininfarina, each Aperta was hand-built and personally delivered by Ferrari executives. The combination of limited production, stunning Pininfarina styling, and that glorious naturally aspirated V12 soundtrack has made these increasingly coveted.
