Lamborghini introduced the Huracán coupe, the LP 610-4, at the 2014 Geneva motor show. It had four-wheel drive and 610 hp. Its 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 also powered the LP 610-4 Spyder, unveiled in Frankfurt in September 2015. The LP 580-2 dropped to rear-wheel drive and 580 hp. It saved 33 kg over the coupe.

The 640 hp Huracán Performante took the Nürburgring lap record for production cars in 2016. The Huracán EVO debuted in 2019. The STO launched in 2021 with 640 hp and rear-wheel drive. The Tecnica was unveiled in April 2022. By then the family counted 12 road and three racing versions. Almost 500 race cars were built in Super Trofeo and GT3 form. Car number 20,000 was an STO for a client in Monaco.

The Sterrato added a 1.7-inch suspension lift. Lamborghini planned 1,499 units, with production starting in February 2023. In 2024 Lamborghini said the last Huracáns were in production, with deliveries scheduled throughout 2025. It named the Temerario as the heir. The Temerario was unveiled in August 2024 during Monterey Car Week.
