About the 2002 Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec II Nur
The second V-Spec II Nur variant shared the same legendary status as its 2.8-liter sibling, representing the final chapter of RB26DETT production. With only 718 examples built in 2002, this farewell edition featured the standard 2.6-liter twin-turbo producing 276hp but with enhanced internals and improved cooling systems. Named after the Nürburgring where extensive development occurred, it included carbon fiber components, Brembo brakes, and exclusive Nur badging. The combination of being the last RB26-powered GT-R and extremely limited production makes these among the most coveted R34 variants. Collectors recognize the Nur as representing the end of an era, when Nissan's legendary straight-six concluded its remarkable 13-year production run with this ultimate expression of Japanese engineering excellence.
