About the 2017 Aston Martin Vanquish S

The second-generation Vanquish S represented Aston Martin's final farewell to naturally aspirated V12 grand touring. Marek Reichman's evolutionary design refined the original's proportions while the 5.9-liter engine reached its ultimate 595-horsepower output. The troublesome automated manual was finally replaced with a proper ZF 8-speed automatic, transforming the driving experience. Built during Aston's transition period before AMG partnership, these cars showcase pure British engineering at its peak. The S model's enhanced aerodynamics, carbon fiber details, and track-focused suspension made it the most capable Vanquish ever produced. With production ending in 2018, it closed the book on an era. Values are stabilizing as collectors recognize these as the last of the old-school Aston Martins before turbocharging arrived.
