Ian Callum's original Vanquish revolutionized Aston Martin with the first all-new design in decades and groundbreaking VH platform architecture. The 460-horsepower naturally aspirated V12 and carbon fiber construction marked a dramatic departure from the aging Virage-based models. Despite the problematic automated manual transmission, the Vanquish's stunning proportions and advanced engineering established modern Aston Martin's DNA.
