About the 2012 Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4
The LP700-4 launched Lamborghini's Aventador era with a dramatic statement of intent. Replacing the legendary Gallardo, Filippo Perini's angular design language created one of the most recognizable supercars of the 2010s. Its naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 produces 700hp, channeled through Lamborghini's ISR single-clutch transmission to all four wheels. The carbon fiber monocoque construction and pushrod suspension delivered supercar performance with surprising daily usability. With approximately 5000 units produced over four years, the LP700-4 represents the entry point into Aventador ownership.
