About the 2006 Lexus GS

The third-generation Lexus GS represents Toyota's most serious attempt at challenging the German sport sedan establishment. Built on the rear-wheel-drive N platform shared with the SC coupe, this GS finally delivered the driving dynamics Lexus had long promised. The GS 350's 3.5-liter V6 produced 303 horsepower, while the GS 460 packed a silky 4.6-liter V8 with 342 horses.
