The XK140 Drophead Coupe represents Jaguar's sweet spot between the raw XK120 and the refined XK150. Introduced in 1954, it featured crucial improvements including rack-and-pinion steering, telescopic shock absorbers, and more interior space thanks to the engine being moved forward three inches.
