The AMG GT R represents Mercedes-AMG's most focused road-going sports car, earning its 'Green Hell' nickname from its Nürburgring development. Built from 2017-2021, this track-bred monster houses a hand-built 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 producing 577 horsepower, launching it to 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds. What sets the GT R apart is its active aerodynamics, including a deployable rear wing and active front splitter, plus rear-wheel steering for enhanced agility.
