About the 2000 Mercedes-Benz CL-Class CL600 Brabus T12
The Brabus T12 is a power kit for the C215 CL 600. It keeps the 5.5 liter twin turbo V12. The stock engine makes about 500 horsepower and 590 pound feet. A 2003 listing claims 570 horsepower and 664 pound feet. That equals about 562 mechanical horsepower if the 570 is metric. Collectors like the T12 as a strong, quiet two door. When buying, ask for the Brabus invoice and a Brabus plate or certificate. Brabus wheels can be added to any CL. Other write ups give 580 or 590 horsepower, so treat the exact figure as a claim until paperwork shows it. Acceleration and top speed figures were not found.
